Conferencing in Belarus

Пандемия коронавируса и широкомасштабный экономический спад, последовавший за "изоляцией" во многих странах, стимулировали беспрецедентное количество исследований во многих дисциплинах. Их результаты служат жизненно важным руководством для политиков в правительствах, центральных банках и международных организациях по всему миру и становятся темой для организации мероприятий в Республике Беларусь и многих других странах.

Anyone who has at least once dealt with organization of events knows that this is not a simple task requiring experience, punctuality and understanding of the peculiarities of this activity. In addition, conducting conferences, forums, seminars and other business events requires responsibility, the ability to navigate in an ever-changing situation and to make decisions quickly.

Organizing events always starts with budgeting. And this is nothing to be surprised with, because only with the correct distribution of available financial resources, which are rarely abundant, one can count on efficiency and achievement of everything planned.

Events organization usually starts with selection of the proper format for it. We often can't tell the difference between a forum and a colloquium, or how organization of conferences differs from organization of workshops. However, when publishing information about an event on the Internet or in the media, it is necessary to define the format correctly, for this is the key basis for correct planning.
